You would like to secure that job as an administrative assistant, but you need to write a great cover
letter. Well my name is Gloria Campbell, and I am with Advantage Training Systems located
in St. Petersburg, Florida, giving you some ideas on how to write a great cover letter
for an administrative assistant position. Make sure that you include some basic information:
your address, today's date, the employer's information which should include the name
of the company, the name of the name of the person that you are actually sending the resume
to, and you are writing the cover letter to, their title if you have it, and their address.
You also want to write and make sure that you include why are you writing, you are applying
for the position of administrative assistant, if it is a particular department or a particular
area, make sure you include that as well. And why you are qualified. In the qualification
process, make sure that you understand, number one, what the job requirements are for the
administrative position that you are applying for. Make sure that you also, if you have
worked in that position before, give some ideas on how you as an administrative assistant
have been able to make sure that your particular area reached its goals and you could provide
support. Also, most importantly, close and summarize. The summarization is probably the
last thing that will be remembered, so make it impactful. My name is Gloria Campbell with
