Hi, I'm Mike and I study Theatre, Television and Peformance here at Wrexham Glyndwr University
and I'm here to give you my top three tips for applying for university.
Attending an open day can help you make your mind up about where you want to study. An
open day will give you great feel for what it's like to live, study and socialise at
Wrexham Glyndwr University.
Before applying to university you'll need to decide what you'd like to study. Think
about your strengths, what you enjoy as well as your future career ambitions. Finding the
right course can enhance your prospects and lead to great things. Have a good think about
what you want to do.
Once you're chosen your course then you'll need to apply via UCAS or directly on the
Glyndwr website for postgraduate or part-time study. My top tip is to make your personal
statement shine - tell us more about yourself and why you should be offered a place on the
course by being as creative as possible.
Finally, if you have any burning questions make sure you get in touch. Visit glyndwr.ac.uk
or the enquiries team on 01978 293439 or email enquiries@glyndwr.ac.uk.
Good luck!
