Hello, I'm Sifu Mallon with the Clearwater Kung Fu Center. This is my assistant Melissa
and this is Kung Fu for health. We're working tantui three, transition and finish. We're
doing rolling block inch kick back fist to finishing technique. I'll demonstrate it for
you first and then I'll have Melissa go ahead and go through it a little bit slower so you
can see some of the finer points. So, I'm taking the move from my double hammer strike.
I perform the rolling block, turn the foot out, inch kick, step forward, back fist, step
up, block, punch. Hands come forward to circle, press, look left. Melissa go ahead and step
forward and we're going to be referencing going this way. Step forward with your left
foot. We're going from the double hammer strike so right arm is out, left arm is by your side.
Good, remember the elbows are slightly bent so we're impacting with the hammer of the
fist. From here, rolling block so it's like someone's grabbing you this way, the hand
rolls down, across, breaking the grip. The front foot turns out and performing the inch
kick. Again, the inch kick is kicking your opponent right in the instep. From here, the
hand comes back to the body this way, Melissa steps forward, with this foot bow stance and
back *** out, this arm extending this way. From here she brings her left foot to
right foot chambering right hand. The left hand, from here, opens in the palm, comes
all the way over her head and now she throws that right fist out. Both hands come forward,
left hand goes up, your right arm like this. Circle down, lift, push, look left. This is
how we finish tantui three.
