Remember making snow angels when you were a child. That was one of my favorite things
to do so angel arms we are just inhaling and letting the arms come all the way up behind
the head and then we are exhaling, pretending that we're making angels in the snow. This
helps to release the shoulders and also the nice delicate dance of breath and movement
calms the mind inhaling up, taking your time so important to slow down. Sometimes we want
to go fast or speed up sometimes in yoga but it is about slowing down and being comfortable
with moving at a slower speed and finding that place of stillness within our place of
feeling centered so we are comfortable with being still and slow.
