Hi everyone, Martin here from the ESET Knowledgebase, and today I am going to show you how to password
protect your settings in ESET Smart Security, or ESET NOD32 Antivirus.
To begin, open the main program window of your ESET product by double-clicking the icon
in the system tray. In the main program window, press the F5 key
on your keyboard to access Advanced setup.
Now, expand User interface, click Access setup and then select the check box next to Password
protect settings. In the Password setup window, enter your security
password into the New password and Confirm new password fields.
When you are finished, click OK. Click OK to save your changes and exit Advanced setup.
