Hi, it's Kia Ulrike from Loving Intuitive Guidance.com.
Have you ever wished you knew how to decide about something?
Have you ever asked all your friends about their opinions,
and they gave their opinions, and what did you do, exactly the opposite?
And, it infuriated everybody, and confused you, too, to no end?
Here is a way you can test for yourself, with your own body, the tool that you
already have, whether something is right for you or not.
It does not include a value judgement, it doesn't involve the mind, thinking about it,
it simply involves "how does it feel, in your body, right now"?
Think of something right now, that you have a question about.
And watch in your body, how your body feels.
If your body feels open, like all the chakras are opening like gates, all over the place.
If it feels warm, if it feels relaxed, and if it feels light, you just wanna take off, that is a 'yes'.
That means whatever you were thinking about is a good thing for you.
Your body likes it. Your body is an energetic expansion of your own consciousness.
If you think of something else, and your body does this: it goes backwards, everything closes,
it feels cold, it feels heavy, you even get a tummy-ache, you feel you wanna retract,
and retreat from it, guess what that means?
Most likely, it's not such a great idea. Use that tool.
Use it for whenever you have a question, for whenever you're going
'oh, but there are all these pros, and then there are all these cons,
and I'm so confused, and I don't know, and I wish I had someone to make the decision for me'.
Guess what! You are 'it'! You are it! You make the decision. In your body.
Be centered. Do the four steps, lower your breath, get centered, be straight,
yawn to enliven everything, Ahhhwwwhhh... through those tones, as I showed you previously.
And then, ask the question. Think about the situation. Feel that feeling.
How does your body react to it? Does it go, 'Oh, yeah, baby, oh, that feels good.'?
Yes, Yes, definitely yes, all over the place?
Or does it feel, 'whoa, whoa, she's kidding, no way, don't do that'?
Ah, those are two extremes, but every decision is either a yes or a no.
Little ones. You can start with simple things like your name,
something that you know to be true, if it is, in fact, your own name, unless you took out a name,
in which case, there's something else, still lingering over it, but that's a different story.
Think of your name. Does your body feel open and foreward, and warm? Yeah, well, most likely.
Now, think of a different name. Opposite gender, animal name, anything.
What does your body say? Is that your name? No. It's not your name, so the body will go
'no, no, I don't think so, no, no, not that I know of'.
Try this: let me know how it works for you.
Open, light, warm, forward, will mean 'yes', good for me, it's my truth.
I resonate with that energy. Closing down, going backwards, getting colder, heavier,
that was full retreating, 'no, this', there's something there that isn't going with my energy.
