Today I'm going to be talking about how coral bells still look great well into the winter
months.. that's coming up next! Hi everyone I'm Kaylee LaMoine, Huechera or
also called coral bells are categorized as an evergreen meaning they keep their foliage
well into the winter. These videos here were shot yesterday on October
9th 2013 here in the twin cities. They continue to add color and beauty to a
landscape well after plant and tree leafs are all raked up.
Coral bells have recently been hybridized to include foliage and blooms in almost all
colors of the rainbow. Provide interesting seasonal color change.
Offer a variety of leaf shape sizes, color patterns and textures.
They deliver various sun and heat tolerances from shade to full sun.
Coral bells plants are also very versatile, they work well in almost any type of garden,
containers, or as cut flowers. They can be used as specimens in boarders,
mass plantings, or as fillers in between other plants.
They require very little care and even thrive in poor soul conditions, and they are also
deer resistant. I hope all of these little tips were helpful
to you... if it was why don't you go ahead and click that like button down there for
me. If it's your first time here we would love
to have you subscribe and I will see you guys again next week.
