Before we start move the dial to zero (not necessary but a good starting point)
Remove the screws and the back plate
Using the change key, line up all 6 disks. Use the square cutout as the guide
Make sure you can see the bottom of the case.
Now insert your change key into the 2nd hole of the 3 holes opposite the square cut out.
There are 3 brass arms inside the 3rd hole. When you turn the change key, they will slight go up or down. We need to make sure they're all up.
Remove the change key and put the back plate back on.
Now insert the change key and turn it counter clockwise about one quarter turn.
With the 11 oclock marker, turn the dial counter clockwise 4x to your first number.
Turn clockwise 3x on your second number.
Turn counter clockwise 2x to your last number.
Now you need to turn the dial clockwise about 10 digits.
Turn the change key clockwise a quarter of a turn and remove the key.
With the 12 oclock marker try your new combination.
Turn the dial clockwise a few times then stop at zero (doesnt have to be zero but a good starting point)
Turn the dial counter clockwise 4x to your first number
Turn the dial clockwise 3x to your second number
Turn the dial counter clockwise 2x to your last number
Now just turn the dial clockwise till it stop. Usually around 96. You should now be able to open the vault door by turning the T-handle.
