Hi, um, you haven't seen me around and I'm straight back in with the start of the new
month with a bikini update.
And you will see I've got a different bikini on, it's a smaller size (laughs a little),
not because I am smaller, but because I need to give myself a kick up the ***.
Ok, prepare yourself for this, I am so white, I am blending in with the background of my
walls, umm, and it's not pretty!
But, I'm going to stand up and show you anyway.
Ok, as you'll see it's a bright colour but I've got some fantastic muffin tops going
on here and my jelly belly. Ok, I'm going to turn around and get this over and done
with.
Ok, as you can see, I don't think I've changed at all. In my first week I dropped 3lbs and
then I went up one week and umm, and I umm, see... oh gawd, I hate that. I went up one
week and then I went down again and now I'm not sure what I am.
I had a complete strop last week and refused to do bikini day at all.
Ok, by popular request here are my scales. I'm just going to set it so it does my umm
body fat percentage as well and then I'll get on them in a minute.
Ok, I'm just setting this. I'm a lady. And I am 5 foot one and a half inches or 156cm.
There we go.
Right, and what this will do, is it will do my weight and then it will tell me what my
body fat percentage is. So I'm just going to get on it now.
I don't know if you can see that.
So, I'm 31% body fat and I weigh 9 stone 12.5 lbs.
I will convert that on my blog when I post this video up there. Ok, I'll just put the
webcam back.
So that's where I am today. April was a bit of a wash out for me. I'm not going to blather
on too long because my friends have told me that I do waffle on a bit too much.
But a quick recap, I'm starting again.
Positives that came out of April: I did get into the habit of running regularly. I have
been running for at least 20 minutes, at least three times a week now. More often, four or
five times.
What else.. I have also been juicing more often. And I have started reading some books
and I've also started dealing with the emotional issues I have.
I knew this was going to happen when I started eating more raw. Stuff that I've been avoiding
mentally, emotionally, was going to come to the surface and.. it has.
Stuff has come up really quickly but I'm actually starting to deal with it now. So this is why..
I'm still sticking with it and I'm going to be going back and I am going to lose weight
- more than 3lbs this month!
If it kills me!
But umm, that was a funny voice just for Nicola's benefit because she hates them so much.
