My name is Joe Duarte,
I'm the Senior Editor with Autonet.ca,
which is a Sun Media Company,
and today I'm driving the Fiat 500 Abarth.
♪
The performance of the vehicle
is what you'd expect from a sporty little coupe.
It's got an engine that is very appropriate to the car.
It's got enough horsepower to power it along
without overwhelming the driver,
especially the lower entry-level buyer
which is apt to get into this kind of vehicle.
♪
Well, the interior in the typical Fiat
is pretty funky and pretty cool.
They keep the retro, European sort of look to it,
so you're gonna get a dash layout
that's pretty well identical to the exterior color,
and then you're gonna get the contrasting seats,
either in reds or in grays or in browns,
which really provide a degree of funkiness
that you don't usually find
in the typical North American Econo Class.
♪
The best qualities of this car, I think,
is the extra degree of sportiness that you get,
while still maintaining the Economy Class
type of fuel economy, and comfort,
and just the ability to toss it
around the city street really well.
So it's a great little package of combinations.
