Click on the Adjustment Layer button and choose "Levels".
Open up the Blue channel and set the Output Levels to 125 and 255.
Click on the Adjustment Layer button and choose "Solid Color".
For the color selection type "ffddaa".
Set the blending mode to "Multiply".
Click on the Adjustment Layer button and choose "Curves".
Click on the bottom-left dot.
Set the Input to 0 and the Output to 35.
Click on the graph to create another dot.
Set the Input to 70 and the Output to 80.
Click on the graph to create another dot.
Set the Input to 170 and the Output to 210.
Click on the Adjustment Layer button and choose "Brightness/Contrast".
Set the "Contrast" to 50, or choose an amount that looks good to you.
