Hi, I'm Stephanie Barnett on behalf of expertvillage.com. Let's turn this pizza dough into this pizza
pie. Our next ingredient is rye flour, you may ask yourself "why is she using rye flour?"
Rye flour gives the dough a really great taste you don't want to use too much of it because
then it will be overwhelming. But it adds that certain something that people go "oh
your pizza crust is so good" and they really want to know that is why we added the corn
meal. It gives it a little tiny bit of texture and the rye flour gives it a great taste.
So we are going to add two tablespoons (heaping spoons) of rye flour, it just gives it a certain
taste and it is fabulous. So you added your rye flour to the bowl you're going to whisk
that in and you want to make sure that's incorporated completely. I got a little flour on the side
walls of the bowl, you want to keep stirring until that is all in there. Because this is
dough you can keep stirring you don't have to worry about over beating because we are
going to end up kneading this in a few minutes. So really get that incorporated, it's all
together, there it should look like that.
