third world, which supposedly has nothing to offer so that we can help. Ah yes, it's
true limited resources on Earth, so there are fewer mouths to feed, the better it benefits
us. Stupid. Finally, what I mean here is that it is not normal that there are rich and poor
hyper hyper on Earth. It is said to be the most evolved on this planet, we kill each
other through money. Beautiful. In Quebec, there is no exception to this reality.
Needless to show you the characteristics of rich and poor, you know, there have been so
many studies and research that led to the following conclusion: we are in the presence
of two classes who live in two different worlds. In Quebec, the middle class is falling apart,
the class of the poor and the rich increases down, we are not out of the woods as they
say ... It's not normal that there are ghettos and poor neighborhoods within the same a rich
country. If we stay in Quebec, many cities still have considerable rates of poverty ... Or
get poorer regions and their enrichment is greatly reduced. You find it normal to you?
I am aware that we can not eradicate poverty completely, I'm just saying it's not normal
that inequalities persist so if inexorable, and even increase.
What is the solution? The State and goodwill?
The state exists precisely to give a chance to less fortunate to prosper and have a semblance
of life. If I were rich, I would give my money to the poor through my taxes. If I was poor,
I feel bad and depend on rich and I would reach the middle class and make money in return.
The problem with the poor is that they need a hand or have a lack of will. Among the rich,
often greed and empowerment prevail. So we arrive at the following psychological problems:
greed and human cowardice ...
Precisely, the State is the body that allows social organizations have the funding necessary
to support and help "cure" the population of all its ills. Should not either mothered
us and become totalitarian, play in people's lives. The state is greedy and increases the
deficit in social protection and insurance, true, but is that the banking system is more
important than people and their development? Is that true wealth is the number of currencies
or the mind? In Quebec, unfortunately we vote for the first option.
Neoliberal critics of the state for its intervention in the economy ... nonsense. I'm not saying
that neoliberalism is not brilliant, but it focuses more effort to enrich individuals
and to try to reduce the state and the doctrine says that it is enriching for all, while in
made the rich richer and the poor get poorer and multiply ... I didn't know that individualism
had allowed man to develop and survive! Let me revise my story ... Strange notes, I always
thought it was the cooperation that led to the development of human civilizations.
The state is not the enemy of wealth, but his guardian angel. To whom does one develop
wealth and Who is this wealth? Humans simply. While there are inequalities, but why trump?
What I find disgusting is the hypocrisy and bad faith in the actions of individuals to
control others by the power of money ... the famous plutocracy I denounce in my other texts.
What I want to demonstrate here is that the state is the key to eradicate poverty both
here and around the world, even if it reduces the enrichment of the human being. And to
eradicate poverty in our beloved province, an official state it, create the wealth we
need. Everything is possible with the entrepreneurial energy and development that would create jobs.
Our portion of the debt of $ 188 billion would shrink with economic growth. To stem the debt,
global economy, we learn a simple division: GDP / debt, if the denominator is greater
than the denominator, the debt becomes insignificant and quickly melt alone. And our creditors,
which represent 87% within Canada, being independent, we have greater flexibility to pay our share
of the debt, but here it is a matter of perspective. This is not cutting across to reduce spending
that things will adjust itself. So, they decided to pick the pockets of the poor to reduce
debt. On the other hand, you can not pick the pockets of the rich, they are a minority
and already heavily taxed. This is the stalemate. In short, the money is not going to cut right
place and in the lean instead of cutting the fat.
Syndicalism critic
When I hear that the State shall promote trade unionism, and it's true, I cannot help but
say also that unionism is not a bad thing, however. Unions are there to allow employees
to have a recognition of their work and their effort, even if the standards are not flexible
enough to make people happier. Inflation and cost of living come to destroy the purchasing
power of a consumer who has substantial unmet needs for himself and his immediate entourage,
too, the wage demands of unions allow employees to maintain even increase their purchasing
power. The rest of the state to ensure a balance between inflation and wage growth.
We can also blame the unions to ensure that union stagnating at work and in turn become
white hats, looking for more power and influence. The unions would consider more individual
and corporate than the masses by certain interests. It is the union movement into account. It
is not perfect, for sure, but it contributes to the improvement of working conditions of
employees in the entire company and solving the problem of poverty.
Different types of poverty
According to the European Anti-Poverty Network, you have to tackle different types of poverty:
Absolute poverty Absolute poverty or extreme poverty refers
to a situation in which people do not have the basic necessities that would ensure their
survival. For example, they may suffer from starvation, do not have clean water, proper
housing, sufficient clothing or drugs and are struggling to stay alive. This is a common
situation, especially in developing countries, but within the European Union, the homeless
and the Roma people living in camps, are still living in extreme poverty.
Relative poverty Relative poverty refers to a situation in
which the lifestyle and income of some people are so far below the general standard of living
in the country or region where they live as they struggle to lead a normal life and participate
in economic, social and cultural day activities. The severity of the problem varies from country
to country depending on the standard of living of the majority of citizens. Although it is
not as extreme as absolute poverty, relative poverty is still very serious and damaging.

The valid democratic state only tool able to reduce poverty
The state must intervene, but does it matter that it is a democratic state controlled by
the people. But how comes it? The right words, we must first create more wealth to then distribute
the left ... said ... distribute the current wealth distribution and this will create wealth,
because wealth is not monopolized by a minority and because more people can participate in
the development of society, and not be faced with the simple fact of having to survive
The right and left federalists and separatists argue that there are no problems tolerating
the dictatorship of Canadian occupation then you want to first solve the problem of poverty
and create wealth. The issue of poverty and wealth creation is directly connected to the
proper role of government of the people, but it is still necessary that the state is indeed
one of the people, which is not the case with the illegitimate government of Canada ...
Which must prevail, both for the left and for the democratic right, it is democracy.
It is the fact that is required not controlled by an autocratic state plutocracy, but a democratic
state controlled by the people, from the base to the top. The responsible democratic government
intervenes and well mixed with the intervention ...
Joint intervention
"The interventionists believe in the virtues of a mixed economy: the state regulates and
stabilizes the market economy. [...] A mixed economy is a capitalist economy in which the
state intervenes to compensate for the deficiencies of private property and market mechanisms.
[...] According to [John Maynard Keynes], the state can vary the level of spending and
taxation to influence economic crises. For example, when the economy slows down, the
government increased its spending to stimulate demand and therefore production. The state
can also stimulate consumption and business investment through its central bank. "
Conclusion
As the absolute and relative poverty cannot be eradicated if the sovereign people of Quebec
tolerate its sovereign powers and rights are denied and violated. If we tolerate the current
state is controlled covertly by a plutocratic minority fuelling animosity between separatists
and federalists, between left and right, then continue to impoverish and never have the
last word ...
Poverty can only be eradicated if the people in power with a socially responsible state,
not in a state of democratic pretence irresponsible not derived from the people. This highlights
the problems and falls into a political stalemate where everyone says: "Politics is the ***."
Democratic poverty goes hand in hand with any short poverty. Democratic wealth makes
possible the eradication of poverty as absolute and relative. Finally, if we do nothing together,
then we will continue to get poorer and we blame each other ...
