Hi I'm Lori Schneider from Austin, Texas and owner of Figs Catering on behalf of Expert
Village we are going to show you how to make vegetable spring rolls with a Thai peanut
sauce. So now we are ready to start the Thai peanut sauce and one of the things you want
to think about when ever you are making Thai peanut sauce is that it does take some time
to kind of learn and understand what flavorings go with what. It did take me a long time to
kind of figure it out so just play with the sauce and start playing with the different
ingredients that go into and before you know it you would be able to make a amazing Thai
peanut sauce with no problem. So I'm starting off with my food processor and I've got some
smooth organic peanut butter. For this purpose I like to use organic peanut butter because
there is not all the sugars and additives that you find in process peanut butters. Because
it is organic it is a little bit runnier at room temperature so I'm just going to stir
it a little bit before I pour it. So keep in mind if you hear a commercial or a process
peanut butter it is going to require less of the sweet when we get to that point. Alright
I'm going to use about a good half of bottle of this peanut butter here.
