Hi folks!!
Do you remember that few weeks ago I showed you a recipe for a delicious Chai Chiffon Cake taken from a Japanese cookbook?
(Find the link in the info card over here)
Well, today I'm going to show how to make some delicious cookies from another one.
Recently I really like these books!
The recipe is super easy and they turn out soooo good! So let's get started!
Beat the softened butter with a wooden spoon.
Add the sugar little by little. I used cane sugar, but caster sugar is fine as well.
Add a pinch of salt,
plain yogurt
the lemon juice and combine everything.
Add the sifted flour,
the sifted almond flour and the baking powder.
Combine everythng until you get an uniform dough.
Make balls out of the dough.
Of course, the smaller, the cuter will be the cookies. But, no worries, the taste will not change!
Place the balls on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
Press the balls and decorate them using simply a fork.
Bake at 170°C for about 15-20 minutes.
Once they're done, take them off and let them cool down on a grid. Bake at 170°C for about 15-20 minutes.

Simple, quick to make and perfect with milk!
As always I hope you enjoyed this recipe, give it a try!
