I was a bit lax in my eating, as well as my exercise. It was not a good day. My mood was 3/5, quite grumpy it became more grumpy and a bit stressed in the evening as usual trying to achieve my exercise goals. I had a couple of beers yesterday being...
a Saturday and my energy levels was quite low if it was my normal eating day I was low on energy throughout the day, so looking at progress its one of my worst days. So even though I was able to eat more or less what I liked. Looking at these patterns,
during fasting days I am loosing weight but on my normal days I am keeping the same weight. May be this is natural fluctuation of weight and with any kind of diet. My challenges: one was on trendmil I have been into habit of being on trendmil while I watch
TV. I did not enjoy so much as I had to do my steps late from 10pm to midnight. I will avoid this in future where I am rushing to achieve my goals before the day is over. My other learnings is that during my normal eating day I tend to eat what I feel like
and not being strict on counting calorie intake. So I think I have started to watch what I eat on my normal eating days if I really have to achieve dramatic weight loss results during this period.OK Thank you for watching my intermittent fasting bodybuildin.g blog update
