Most of the massage technique are variations of pushing but you can massage by pulling
too. This week I'll show you how to massage your partner's shoulders by pulling.
Have the partner lay face down and sit right next to the partner. Grab the top of the shoulders
by overlapping your hands and hooking the fingers. Sit low to the ground and pull the
partner's shoulder downward. Pull several locations between the neck and the shoulder bone.
Overlapping the hands gives you more power and stability than using just one hand.
Instead of using the arm strength, keep the arms straight and pull with your entire body.
This move gives the giver good stretch to the side of the body and lower back.
