Well, but that's just weird! I want ...
Ah! What is this bump? Well my voice, what's happening...?
Hello everyone and welcome to this new video presentation of TT-33 (brand KWA).
Two months ago, I introduced the TT-33 Brand SRC. And here is the KWA.
It was released in June 2012, three months before the SRC. As they were designed in parallel, no parts are compatible, including chargers, which are completely different.
When you receive your pistol, here is the original box, very classic. Equipped with a sticker to show that it is a TT-33. Not a Colt 1911 as indicated in the marking inside. This is almost the same shape.
With, there is a small oil can, for the gun only.
And there is also a small bag of BB's.
I TOLD BB'S !!!!!
Two operating books : one in English and one in French. They are different. It is very well explained, I was impressed. Even the darkest moron will be there.
Thumbs up for the dark moron.
Detailed diagrams. How to adjust the hop-up with the small wrench, with beautiful burst at the end. This manual is very useful, I suggest you read it, with warnings that are good to take into account: for example about the magazine, which has a button to lock the spring to facilitate the loading of BB's. We can put 10 BB's. But when you press the small button, the spring is released violently. The upper part of the magazine is plastic.
I've tested on the SRC, and all that part exploded. Be careful and support the return of spring, otherwise it is the drama.
I was often asked the question "why replicas that kind are prohibited to minors? "I'll show you.
You have a box with the gun in it. As you can see, it is night.
Here is an output nightbox (same as "nightclub" in french).
Engaging the magazine, I will not put BB's, I'm inside. Cocking the breech.
It makes a nice sound when we *** with a powerful spring, which has more power than the competitor SRC.
You can see the outer barrel, which has a head a little weird. Why? Because KWA, (thank them by the way), sent me the U.S. version with the orange tip. As you can see on this picture.
So this little orange tip, I sawed, then I cut it in half to finally strip the paint so that it has a realistic look, and I've reattached. Be careful not to glue the inner barrel. Unlike SRC TT-33, which has a metal outer barrel, it is plastic. So it is easy to use a saw.
As you can see, I have customized stocks. For this, I used a photo of an original. So I used white and red paint, it is simple to do. It gives it a nice look. For giving vintage look, I used the same technique as in the video on the SRC, as the breech cann't be reworked. This is a negative point, but we made do.
We have 3 markings : on the left, a serial number, which is different on each pistol. For the little story, KWA forgot to write the S.N. before sending me the pistol, they asked me to add it on a register. Very good idea to trace the guns. We have the soviet star and "KWA". It's not realistic, so we can add new markings with a date.
On the top, there is a realistic marking. A fake serial number and date.
On the right side we have a white marking. It's a problem, but using satin black paint can hide this marking. Do not use mat black, it would be too visible.
There is, unlike the original, a security over the trigger! Not very effective, we need to know. By pressing down the trigger, it doesn't fire, but when you press the top, it shoots. A reflex shot, it can annoy you.
Therefore, the trigger moves.
Another drawback is that once the pistol is cocked, there is no way to disarm the hammer except removing the magazine and shoot empty.
Why? If we do that: It returns to the blocked position. Except that I have not armed the breech, and when I press the trigger, it still hits empty.
We will repeat the same operation, having previously cocked. Well, if there was a BB's in the barrel, it would have been fired. And I have been smoothly, if you go a little more violently, your finger will suffer.
For disassembly, it is like the original. It is difficult to remove the small pin, don't hesitate to take a pair of pliers. Dismount the catch lever to access to the inside of the gun.
About the recoil, it is very respectable.
About the recoil, it is very respectable. By the way, you can hear that the gas filling is completely sealed, which is an advantage!
Oh, the magazine is empty!
About the technical datas, the gun weights 560g and the magazine 180g. Everything is metal except the outer barrel. The magazine is also made of metal except the top and tail, which are plastic. About the accuracy, it is very good, as you can see on this target driven 10m. For the U.S. version, the power is 280fps. With a gap ranging from 275 to 285fps on 20 shots. Please note that the European version may differ, I can not verify because the original power announced by the manufacturer is 330fps. At the price, it is 150 €.
Last point may be important, the magazine can be stocked into the original holstern, but it's a little difficult. Ditto for the gun, but you can close it without problem.
Do not hesitate if you have any questions, I am at your disposal.
I am currently preparing a video type "frequently asked questions", then contact me at the email address located in the description, I will answer your questions in video and practice if possible. When I received 10 questions, I make a video, and so on. To a series that takes us
