To prepare a potato omelet (Tortilla) for 6 persons we need : 8 medium-size potatoes
peeled, 2 medium-size onions peeled, 6 big eggs or 7 small ones and a bit of salt.
Cut the onions Fry them in sunflower oil
Chop the potatoes in thin slices Fry the potatoes
Separate the egg yolks from the whites in a big bowl
5 minutes before the potatoes are fully cooked, add the onions and mix
Beat the egg whites with a little salt until frothy

In a deep frying pan, warm up a bit of sunflower oil and pour the preparation
With a spatula shape the preparation and let cook until golden brown
