When considering to purchase a floating home, you are really looking at buying a lifestyle,
a lifestyle like none other. It offers a great deal of peace and tranquility when you come

When buying a floating home you want to ask yourself, does the purchase include slip
ownership or will you be renting the slip space your home is moored in. If you’re
buying the slip with your floating home, you will
be part of a homeowner’s association and pay a
resulting HOA fee, similar to a condominium complex on land, and if not you’ll be renting
the slip space your home is moored in. These are important aspects to consider
whenever buying a home on the river.
