Let's talk about elimination channels. What goes in has got to come out somewhere. Well
let's talk about your bowels first. Your gut is approximately twenty three feet long. It
gives it time to break down what you've eaten. Pull extra fluids out of it to circulate through
your body systems. Pull out the nutrients and then excrete it. Your kidneys, the blood
filters through your kidneys and pulls out poisons and toxins and acts as a filter and
then you excrete it through your bladder. Your lymphatic system is part of your immune
system. But it can kill cancer cells, it can kill bacteria and virus. It is an amazing,
amazing system. Your lungs filter the air and help you breathe out toxins. You know
how you breathe in, you breathe in oxygen, well you also breathe out carbon dioxide and
other waste products. Your skin can eliminate toxins through sweat. So let's do some elimination
now. Breathe deep, hold it, count to five and then blow out. Again, and when you blow out with your lips pursed,
like you are trying to blow out a candle, it keeps the air sacs open in your lungs and
the small tubes open so they don't shut prematurely so you can excrete more carbon dioxide and
then your next breath you'll become more oxygenated and feel better. You might get a little light
headed so be careful. Let's do some elimination now, thanks.
