...that just really stinks, you know, it just really stinks for them {the world}. But see,
God, I'll just be honest, God is backwards, He's backwards, or maybe we're backwards,
whichever way you look at it.
Because, see, when something bad happens to somebody who doesn't know Jesus, that's all
it will ever be. But see when we know Jesus, He says that even the bad things work out
to our good. And all things, all things, work together, for the good, of those who love
God and are called according to His purpose. [Romans 8:28]
He even tells us when bad things happen we should lift up our hands and start rejoicing!
The world can't say that. When bad things happen to the world, that just really stinks
for them. Sorry, that's really bad, I really feel bad for you.
But when bad things happen to us, guess what?! That's the moment we lift our hands and we
say, "Thank you, Jesus! Because You're going to use this to bless me. You're gonna use
this so that I can grow. You're gonna use this situation to make me more like You."
We can have a good God and He is worthy. He is worthy. You know He tells us to love Him
with all our heart, soul, mind and strength [Luke 10:27]. I mean anybody can tell you
to do anything, right? You know they can say "oh do this, do that, it's, this is a good
idea".
But no, see, God is worthy of all of our heart. He's worthy of every ounce of energy you put
into serving Him. He's worth it. He's worth it. You know what He's worth it, when you
have integrity and you stand up for Him when nobody's looking. It's worth it.
When the door is locked and no one else will know but God, He's worth it. He's worth it,
every single time. He's good and He loves you. I hope you're having a great time today.
