That's it Shane. How's it going? Good.
Good. Welcome to Doc's Sawn Raid. I have Shane here looking at the Callaway
X460 driver. Shane give me your thoughts on this.
You've had this baby. It's 2011 now so you got this 5 or 6 years ago now.
5 or 6 years ago yeah. So you know this club better than anybody,
so tell us about it. Tell us a little about how it went for you.
I'm actually surprised. I picked it up and compared it against some
of the newer technology that I have been using and it's still very forgiving.
I quite like the way the driver sits. It's got a special sole design so it sits
consistently every time. The stock shaft in it is excellent.
Fujikura. Fujikura. It provides a good consistent flight
and I’m getting a good trajectory from it still.
Excellent. I'd have no problem going back to this again.
Excellent. Well it just goes to show you that this driver
is 6 years old but the unique selling point still stands.
As Shane said there. The biog thing about this driver.
Did you ever go to these fishing villages and see the fishing boat with twin keels?
When the tide goes out the boat sits up on the sand.
Well this club sits up on the ground the same way everytime.
So if you're a person when you look down at your club you see it twisting and you don't
know if it looks right. This is one for you.
When it sits down it sits down perfectly every time.
On the twin keel. So the Callaway X460 still has a lot to offer.
A low price driver. Great for beginners or for somebody starting
off. I can't recommend it highly enough.
