What are you making today? Phool Makhani Masala (Lotus Seeds Curry)
Ingredients required to make Phool Makhani Masala
Lotus Seeds, Onions, Cumin-Coriander Seeds-Cloves-Poppy Seeds Paste, Salt, Chilli Powder, Curry Leaves, Coriander, Oil
First, fry a bowl of Phool Makhani (Lotus Seeds) with little oil
Add the fried lotus seeds into a bowl of cold water
Take a pan and heat some oil
Add some cumin seeds & some curry leaves
Add a cup of chopped onions
Grind some coriander seeds, cumin seeds, poppy seeds & cloves into a paste
Add 3 tsp of this mixed paste
Add 1 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder & 1 tsp of salt
Drain out the water (water used to soak the lotus seeds) into the pan
Close the lid and cook for 5 mins
Finally, add the lotus seeds into the pan
Close the lid and cook for 2-3 mins
Add some chopped coriander leaves
Turn off the stove and take it into a serving bowl
