To add a link to some of the text in one of your page, first select a page from the article
manager. If you haven't alreay type the text that the link will be added to. To add a link
to this text, first select the text that you wish the link to be added to. Then, in your
page editing options, click the insert/edit link button. In the URL bar, type the link
you wish the text to link to. Once you have added the link in the URL box, click insert.
If you hve not added the proper path to the link, in this case the http text, you will
be prompted to add it by Mastersite. SImply click yes. The link has now been added to
this text. Now, on this page, the text will link out to the link you hav eadded. You can
also use this text to link to internal content lik pages, menus and files such as .pdf files
and document files. To link to an internal page or internal menu item when the text is
clicked on, simply choose form the content drop down, or one of the menu items in the
drop down main menu. You can also link to more advanced files, such as pdf files and
document files. Here's how to do this. First, access your media manger, then upload a new
file to your media manager. Try to keep any files that you are uploading to one or two
words without any spaces. After browsing and opening the file, start your upload. The file
you chose to upload has been
added to
your media manger.
