Now, we're going to begin preparing the sauce for the Steak Diane. We're going to take a
tablespoon of butter, and while we're waiting for that to heat, I'm going to cut another
ring off of our onion. We're going to discard the skin,
and then dice them. I'm going to take our butter, and swirl it around the bottom, and
a little bit up on the sides,and I'm going to add the onion. Now, while the onion is
sauteing, we're going to take some baby bello mushrooms. I'm going to slice them thin. Again,
you can use button mushrooms for this, or you can use portobellos, but if you use portobellos,
it's best to make sure you slice them very, very thin, so we'll go ahead and add these
mushrooms.
