So our next step is going to be to fry the salami that we just cut up. One of the things
you want to keep in mind whenever you fry the salami, is that you want to make sure
that you cut enough because it is going to basically shrink to half its size whenever
you cook it because of all the fat in there. So I've got a hot pan and it said to hot heat
and I am going to put a little bit of vegetable oil in it and the reason I want to use vegetable
oil is because I really want the flavor of the salami to come through versus olive oil
flavor. And I am just going to set these in and let these fry.
