So that was my adjusted Jazz run. Now I'm going to adjust the chaine turn
again in Jazz, low,
long
I'm going to explain how it's supposed to be
you will
the foot's going to come around to the side
your going to step down on it and the back
the back leg is going to come together into the front
and on your toes, of course, you will spin around
and then you just repeat it
the foot comes back around
the other leg comes together
and on your toes, you will spin around
So the Jazz chaine turn, that's the movement
and of course
what you actually will be doing, in reality, when you come
around to this leg, the back leg, here, this one,
you're going to leap off of it, so that you get more momentum
So you will leap off of this one when you come around
You travel really far actually when you do the Jazz chaine turn
unlike in ballet when you don't really travel
cause you're staying really high on your toes
and your movements, your legs will be really close together the whole time. So Jazz is very different
I'm not going to be jumping. I'm not going to be
leaping
and i'm not going to be on my toes. So, what I'll be doing instead is
I will step here, and start turning on my heels
and that's all I'm going to do. Step turn, step turn, step
that's my adjustment for the Jazz chaine. Let's do it full on. Here we go.
I'm not entirely happy with it but I can work on it later
but it works, thank you
