Hi everyone!
PowerPoint provides you a way of adding notes
that you can print off and read as you go through your presentation
so that you don't have to put all the information on the screen.
However sometimes it can look like you don't have a lot of space
and that can be a problem if you have a lot to say about a particular slide.
All you have to do is bring your cursor down between the divider
between the slide and the notes area
and you'll see that your cursor changes shape
into a two-way arrow with a couple of lines in between.
If you click, you'll see that the dividing line changes
and you can then click hold and pull the dividing line up -
and you get more space to add notes.
this doesn't affect the overall presentation itself
this is simply an editing window and a way for you to be able to get more space to
see your notes.
You can also use the scroll bar at the side to scroll up and down.
And that's all there is
to expanding the notes area of PowerPoints so that you can add more notes!
