Hi my name is Allen Diwan. I'm the chef and owner of Kashmir Indian Restaurant Budapest.
We're here on behalf of Expert Village, and the dish that we're gonna do is a cauliflower
dish with potatoes. Once we've added the tomatoes, we'll add some ginger to it. The ginger has already been julienned, and
we're ready to add our cauliflower. Cauliflower goes in, potatoes goes in. We shake up the whole everything,
and we'll put a lid on it and let it simmer for about fifteen minutes or so. And we'll
check it out after fifteen minutes.
