"We are feeling well, despite yesterday's defeat, it was against Ghana which is one
of the favourites, so we knew it was going to be complicated. But we are feeling rather
well, and we will be able to look back on our results at the end of the tournament.
Our aim is to make it, to do better than last year by making it to the knock-out phase,
so we won't know until the end of the tournament."
"Our aim is to go as far as possible, if we could make it to the semi-finals that would
be great. But considering the way we have been playing so far, clearly we are not at
our best. Our match against Congo comes at the right moment, it will be a crucial one.
If we win, we will be much more confident for the rest of the tournament."
"We have been thinking about our family and friends back home all the time since the beginning
of the tournament. Mali has been going through very difficult times for a year now, so we
think about our family, during the national anthem we think about our fellow citizens
very much. We hope to make them a little happier thanks to our game, and that we will bring
home something nice for them."
