in the sequence. I am going to bend forward and hit a low clap. Just as before, my hands
are a little bit in front of my feet, they are not, I do not have my hands completely
even with my feet, and they are a little bit in front. I am squeezing my ears and I am
looking downward. So this is going to be eight. So I am here on six, seven, eight. I am not
crouching with my back; I am going to show you that from the side. I am here. Notice
I am not bending my back in any kind of way, and I am nice and tight. Okay? I have bended
my waist, and I am slightly forward in terms of my feet. I am not in a clasp, my hands
are away and I have brought them together for a clap for eight. Now let me take you
through that one more time. So I have rolled up six, broken T seven, low clap eight. And
that takes us to the end of that eight count of the motion sequence.
