know is that sleep apnea is the number one leading cause of sleep disturbance. I'm sure
you know what sleep apnea is cause most people have it that are a little bit overweight.
Basically is you loss oxygen in your sleep because you stop breathing and that actually
wakes you up or disturbs your sleep. So basically losing weight is what you need to do. So get
on a program, yeah, whatever it is, a good diet, good exercise, if you need to have a
trainer or if you don't, have a buddy system, that's really helpful and it's a lot cheaper
and it's going to be so much better for you. So good health to you.
