Jennifer came to us after her daughter was born in 2007 with a birth defect. Over the
few years after her daughter was born, she went through the frustration of trying to
figure out what she could have done that may have possibly caused her daughter’s birth
defect. At the time when she was pregnant and at the very beginning of her pregnancy,
she was on an anti-depressant medication. As part of being on that anti-depressant medication,
she later learned that and read through different sites that studies had been released showing
that there was a relation to anti-depressants and certain birth defects. We were able to
help Jennifer. Jennifer’s daughter, whose now growing up and is a few years old, was
able to resolve her case and we were able to assist her with getting benefits for her
daughter and a little bit of the closure she was seeking. We’re happy to say that Jennifer’s
daughter is meeting the milestones that she should be meeting right now and Jennifer is
somebody who is definitely very happy to be moving on now and sees the future. We’ve
been able at Parker Waichman, we’ve been able to provide her with the assistance that
she needed. I’m Matthew McCauley, thank you very much for watching.
