Hello in this tutorial I show you how to make a bracelete with opened square knot
Material
table with clamp, hemp thread of 1 or 2 colors, ruler, scissors and tape
take the ruler and the thread, measure 1 strip of 60 cm and cut it
cut another strip of 150 cm
you should have 2 strips 1 large and the other short
take the tips and join them to fold in half
do the same with the other strip
join both strips
make a knot leaving aprox. 2 cm
pull each thread to tighten well
take the table and hold the strips
accommodate the threads, the short threads in the center
and the large threads in the sides, this way
take short thread and put them straight
put tape in the middle threads
with the lateral threads make 2 square knots
if you don´t know how to do them, click on the video
you must have 2 square knots in the top
accommodate the threads making this figure
take the tip of the right thread and pass down and through the gap
pull both threads at the same time
remember to tighten the threads slowly at the same time
tighten slowly until you have a gap as you want
now you have an opened square knot
make a normal square knot
take the thread and form this figure
pass the tip down and through the gap
and pull both threads to have them equal
make another opened square knot
take the thread and put it like this
pass the tip down and pull until you have a gap
of the same size of the other or as you prefer
then make a normal square knot
to avoid distort the previous knot
make an opened knot
then make a normal square knot
tighten slowly to have the threads equal
repeat the procedure until you have the desire lenght
remember to make 1 opened square knot and then a normal square knot and so on
when you have the desire lenght, make 2 square knots
take the tape and take away of the table
make a knot in the edge
pull each thread to tighten well
take the scissors and cut the leftovers
you finished the bracelet
