It seems that the cat may be out of the bag a week early in regards to this year's Lollapalooza
headliners. According to the Chicago Tribune, the three day fest set to begin August 1st
will feature Eminem, Kings of Leon, the Arctic Monkeys, and current Rolling Stone cover star
Skrillex. All are vets of the festival, dating back to 2003, when a fresh-faced Kings of
Leon played in the middle of the pack on the tour's side stage in support of their debut
album. This year will mark the festival's 10th in Chicago, which has now outlasted its
eight incarnations as a tour, most famously in the early 90s, when it was seen as a centerpiece
of alternative culture. For more on these and the rest of your favorite artists, click
