Reporting a claim using the USAA mobile app is easy.
And, in most cases, USAA can immediately confirm your
coverage, deductibles, and rental information.
You can briefly describe what happened as well as provide
police report information, driver, passenger, and injury
information.
Then, you can interact with the car illustration to
indicate damage.
After providing loss-specific details, you can immediately
see how you're covered for the loss, including deductible and
rental coverage information.
After reporting the loss, you'll receive a confirmation,
which includes your claims representative's name and
phone number.
In addition, we provide instructions on what happens
next, including the ability to submit photos.
You could submit up to four photos at a time from your
camera roll or new snapshots.
Photos can include, but are not limited to, vehicle or
property damages, receipts, and appraisals.
Short captions can also be included with each photo.
And with a handy to-do list, you can clearly see and take
action on tasks that can be completed to
expedite your claim.
Then, select a location to find a repair shop near you,
or schedule a drive-in appraisal appointment.
And you can review and select the vehicle class for your
rental reservation.
