Matt Guf here for The House Snowboard Shop. This is a Lib Tech Banana Magic Snowboard.
You can turn ice to powder with this thing. So if you’re from the Midwest or you’re
from the New England States and you ride a lot hard pack, this is the board for you.
And if you like to ride powder, this could be the board for you as well. It’s an all
mountain freestyle oriented board with a 6.5 flex rating. Yep, it’s about a 6.5. It does
have a twin shape with Banana Technology. Underneath and in between the bindings, there
is reverse camber--reverse camber. And then from underneath the binding to the nose and
the tail, there’s a flat shape. It does have the new horse power core technology,
which is a combination of two things: Columbian [Inaudible at 00:55] eco-friendly timber laminate
woods from tip to tail, and it has 100% basalt Z spot fiber. So instead of having normal
fiberglass, it has volcanic rock fiber from tip to tail. Not very many companies are doing
it. Actually I think Lib Tech and GNU are the only two companies that do it. It has
an ultra high molecular weight sintered base. Very, very, very porous. Very, very, very
slithery [Inaudible at 1:24]. Of course, it has Magne-Traction. Magne-Traction is gradual
little waves in an edge that cause for a greater surface area when you’re carving along.
The top sheet is unique as well and very eco-friendly. It’s called a Sparkle Bean Top Sheet. Again,
made with basalt and castor beans. It does have a nice metal flake finish. I think you
can see that. Again this is the Lib Tech Banana Magic Snowboard 6.5 rating for that all mountain
rider that likes to do a bit of everything. Very eco-friendly. Made in the United States
near Canada, in the northwest. They should have a really, really amazing facility. Check
it out. Lib Tech. Get some.
