Hi, I'm Emily Larew, continuing on with our hip hop series. We're on the fourth count
of eight, counts five through eight, and we're doing the chicken dangle. So, we're over here.
We've just finished on four. We're going to put it down, five, and your hand are in fists
and you have a ninety degree angle, almost like your driving a car, your hands are on
the steering wheel in the granny position--you'd be sitting up tall, looking stern in your
driver's seat. All right, so we go three and four, we have five, you're going to pop your
elbows out, so it's a little chicken pop, little chicken wings, and you're going to
pop your heels out. So heels out at the same time. So five and your arms are going to go
straight as you get pulled down, and six. All right, so you have a little arch there,
and you end, you pull down, six. Do that again. So we just did four, five, and a six, you're
going to turn your heels towards the front so your toes are parallel, seven, and your
hands are dangling. You have an eight, all right. Good. Try it again. So we did three,
four, five, and a six, seven, and eight. So we're just dangling, and eight. One more time,
up to speed. So here we go. One, two, three, four, five, and six, seven and eight. Good.
Awesome. That was the chicken dangle for your hip hop series.
