Okay so after having talked about the U.S.C.S i would like to talk to you about the United States Code Annotated,
The U.S.C.A.
What is the U.S.C.A.?
The U.S.C.A is another private commercial publication
Published by Thompson West, nonofficial.
It takes the language of the United States Code
And organizes the language of the Federal Statutes under the same titles as the U.S.C.
So for example its main function is to take
The Statutory language, and then it has Notes of Decisions.
What are notes of decisions?
These are small summaries, digests, of cases that have been interpreting this specific section of the law.
It will tell you the most important facts, the legal conclusion,
What the judge found those words to mean, and the citation to the case.
