Oda: Hi, I’m Oda the Wombat here with my daughter Tamby, and we’re happily eating
vegan food for a diet of peace.
Tamby: Today we have a tip to share for gardeners. You can make waterproof labels for your flowers,
bushes, fruits, and vegetables by following these easy steps.
Oda: Take venetian blind slats that you will not be using and cut them into 8-inch strips,
sharpening them at one end.
Tamby: Using a permanent marker, you can write the name of the plant on the slat.
Oda: Then gently push the pointed end into the soil next to the plant.
Tamby: Thank you for watching, and thanks for Being Veg and Going Green 2 Save the Planet!
