Exactly. I don’t see anything extraordinary either. But a reflexologist would see quite
a few bioactive points that as the research suggests let us be in charge of our mood and
entire system. So lets try to get ahold of that power and check what exactly is going
to happen if you hold on to your middle finger for 5 minutes.
1. Lets start with an obvious one – the thumb. It turns out that your thumb is pretty
much responsible for anxiety and headaches. So if you feel anxious, somewhat depressed
or nervous and you starting to get a headache, just pinch your thumb, and try not to over
do it. Hold it like that for about 5 minutes. If its true, it should calm you down. I ll
