Hi, this is Ben Hardy with Expert Village. Now that our onions have cooked for at least
2 minutes we are going to stir them a little bit more. We are going to add our jalapeños.
The reason we are cooking our jalapeños first is they start to change there texture a little
bit when you cook them in olive oil. Plus it also takes some of the heat out of it.
Fresh jalapeños have a lot of heat and most people are not used to that kind of bite in
there food. Also, to win some flavor to the onion and make sure we stir this around really
good. Once again we want to let these cooked a minute to 2 minutes. It is very important
that you keep stirring and you don' want these to burn.
