We hold around one million pounds worth of stock so most purchases are picked directly
out our distribution centre. That's how we guarantee next day delivery for most smaller
items such as taps, hobs, lighting, and stainless steel sinks.
Every item in your order will be checked over and then packed with the utmost care, making
sure nothing gets damaged in transit. And all parcels are double boxed with protective
packaging added, keeping your goods in perfect condition.
For small items we guarantee a one-hour delivery slot and for larger items we'll always agree
a delivery window so you don't have to wait in all day.
You can track courier deliveries on line and we keep in touch via text message on the day
so you know exactly when your parcel will arrive.
Our care and attention to detail doesn't stop there. We'll deliver items, not just to your
house, but to the room of your choice. Our delivery team will carefully unpack your item
and dispose of the packing materials for you on request.
And we never leave until you've had time to inspect the goods and we're certain that you're
totally happy. For a small charge we can also remove and
recycle your old appliances. We don't think that anyone offers better value,
