family and companions
welcome again in a new episode with "Akhlaqy program"
Today we're gonna talk about a new manner and that is the piety (00:13)
it's very great manner and the relation between the man and Allah is based on the piety(00:22)
but before we speak about the concept of the piety in term of religion and its meaning
the arabian language, lets see how we fear things in the worldly life and how we use
this concept in our daily life (00:38)
Doctors say a well-known wisdom that is "Prevention is better than cure" that means "it's better
for you to avoid the causes of the disease than to be cured in existence of the illness(00:51)
People say a well-known wisdom that is "Beware the levelheaded when he is angry" that means
to be aware from the quiet man -people often make him angery- and he never take any reaction
toward their deeds. So beware of the levelheaded as his anger is something bad as it's said
(01:16)
so "Beware the levelheaded when he is angry" "Prevention is better than cure" this is in
the worldly life, lets see it in the term of the arabian language (01:26)
Piety -in the arabian language- is to make a border between you and any thing that harm
you or to make a partition between you and anything that cause troubles to you in the
worldly life or in the Hereafter (01:46)
The most thing that a man can suffer from is "the illness". "O Allah heal up our sick
people and the sick people of muslims" as a result of that, people said this wisdom
"Prevention is better than cure" (02:00)
for this purpose, people rush to take the vaccination for they afraid that disease might
come to them, so they become aware toward the disease before it comes to them (02:22)
prevention is to make a border between you and what harms you. when people say beware
of disease, that means to make a border between you and the disease. Beware of something is
to make a border between you and that thing (02:34)
But when Allah says -Ittaqoo Allah- "fear Allah" it doesn't mean to make a partition
between you and Allah, As we must be close to Allah. -WasariAAoo ila maghfiratinmin rabbikum-
"And hasten to forgiveness from your Lord" (02:52)
When we understand the Quran we'll find that it should be to communicate with Allah and
never to make a partition between him and Allah (03:05)
-Ittaqoo Allah- "fear Allah" is a gathering word for the punishment of Allah -the almighty-,
When Allah says -Ittaqoo Allah- "fear Allah" it means to make a prevention betweent you
and the punishment of Allah (03:22)
-Ittaqonnar- "fear the Fire" to make partition between you and the fire.
-Wattaqoo yawman turjaAAoona feehiila Allah- "And fear a Day when you will be returned
to Allah" to fear the punishment of the day of resurrection (03:38)
fear sth, fear sth is to make a border between you and the punishment of Allah. Allah -The
mighy and sublime" has gathered all the kinds of punishment in himself. He also says He's
the punisher and To Him belong the best names (03:48)
He says -Ittaqollah- "fear Allah" is to fear the punishment of Allah -the mighty and sublime-
in this wordly life and in the hereafter (03:55)
Fearing Allah is very crucial and it's the hope -our life- based on with its all crisis,
troubles, sadness and pain. And we are -muslims- patient on all of those by Fearing Allah.
We are still searching for the prime chance to be close to Allah -The mighty and sublime-
,when he commits an act of disobedience so he avoids the disobedience by fearing the
fire and the punishment of Allah (04:27)
Fearing Allah is very important so Allah mentions it so many times in diverse verses.
-qoo anfusakum waahleekum nara- "protect yourselves and your families from a Fire" (04:38)
Allah -the almighty and sublime- has ordered us to fear him. Each sane have to reflect
the verses of Qur'an which refering to the righteousness, He will find them so much.
And righteousness are so crucial for its verses are so much.
If it weren't for fearing Allah, So who would we fear!?
I ask Allah -The Most High, the Most Great- to admit us by his mercy into [the ranks of]
his righteous servants and to make us from those fearing him secretly and publicly, and
to gather us with the righteous ones
I ask Allah to forgive us our sins and to accept our deeds exclusively for him
peace be wih you and the mercy of Allah and his blessings
