Hi guys! This is Eva from Bay Harbour Med Spa! And this is a video that I'm making for
all the men in the world. Who wonder how often they should get a facial or should they get
a facial. And is it okay for men to get a facial. So guys, this is a video that is made
specifically for you and I'm going to answer this as unbiased as I can be, so the first
thing I will tell you is this. Men have a big advantage on women because men have to
shave. I know that it's a pain in men's butts, that I have to shave daily. However, guys,
shaving your skin makes you and keeps your skin younger looking than woman's skin. If
you take a woman that did not take care of herself and of her skin, you take a 60 year
young woman and you take a 60 year young man, and if that 60 year young woman did not take
care of her skin or face, she will be wrinkled. And you take a 60 year young man, and you
compare his skin, his cheek, and you compare his cheek to her cheek, you will see that
60 year young men are not necessarily wrinkled from here down. And it's because men shaved.
And when men shave they exfoliate daily. Which means when you shave, you not only taking
the hair off but you are also shaving the top layer of your skin. And by that action,
you allow more oxygen to your skin, you're stimulating more blood circulation around
there. You are renewing the cells much faster than they would renew by themselves. And the
proof in the pudding is that you can look at the 60 year old man and you can look a
man shaves from here to here, usually. Right guys? Okay, let's say not from here but from
here, you shave here, and you shave the neck from mid neck to mid face. Okay, So when you
look at the 60 year young man, the area that he shaved looks amazing. Most of the time,
there are no wrinkles and if you, I can hear some of you saying, no, no, no. My husband
has the these two deep lines. Those lines are not wrinkles, those are muscles. Muscles
gravity pulls, no matter man, woman, gravity pulls so this is muscles and they pull down.
If here's more hanging skin here but that's gravity pulls down, then you look at the 60
young man or 70 young or 80 young. this part will look perfect but then you look this part
and he will have lines, you will look around his eyes, and he will have deeper lines and
you will look at the man's neck. And this is where I can actually blindly tell you the
age of a man. You can blindfold me and I can touch a man's face. And I can touch a man's
neck and I can tell you how young that man is. Because, you can tell from the midriff,
from here where man actually stop shaving. Going down. This part on a man's neck really
wrinkles. And you really see a man's age. It's like I always said, you can tell a woman's
age when you look at woman's neck. You can tell her age, you know, cause America is very
common, very normal, to have plastic surgery. So woman look amazing, and I once looked at
an actress I won't name her, but I like her a lot, she's very funny. And this was about
twenty years ago, when I came to Miami, and I looked at her and I saw her cover on a magazine
and her face looked like she was twenty five and she looked amazing. She had an amazing
face she looked beautiful and she was standing and she was standing in a way where I don't
know, she held her hands, somehow on her body, and you could see the hands and I could tell
immediately that she was not twenty five twenty eight or thirty, that she was well over fifty.
Because her hands gave her age away, and this is the same thing for men. A man's neck will
give a man's age away. However, going back to the first question, how often should a
man have a facial. It's a very individual thing. Today, in America, you start about
eight, nine years ago, called metrosexual, I still don't know exactly what it means,
but metro city, you know. A city guy, and they do facials and they do take care of their
face and they go for facial, so eh man can go for facials although this part is really
not relevant because this part he takes care of daily my shaving. But this part and this
part the neck, and this apple part can be reaping the benefits of facials of ultrasonic
facials. Of microderm abrasions. To get as much help here and as much help here. Guys,
remember, that prevention is much easier than correction. So if you have done nothing till
you are seventy and this is all droopy and chicken skin and hanging and you have lines
here and this looks perfect, I'm not sure that my magic can help you. In that case,
only this magic can help. That means little scissors, little lift you know for the neck.
A good plastic surgeon can fix this, some injections can fix this. However, that's why
I said, prevention, so if you want to start a new fourty, you are thirty or fourty five
and you want to start doing facials then by all means, there are two categories of men,
there are men that have very oily skin. And for those men, I would say, you do facials
twice a month, because you want to get rid of everything until you bring it under control.
And then there guys that have just normal skin, they shave every day, and they've just
here and there some black heads, and they want to go for facial so when you are forty,
go, go once a month, go every three weeks, it's wonderful. You can afford it, go every
week. You get treatment you get massages, you get steam, you get mask, it's wonderful.
If, if people could afford it, they could go every day for facials. How can massage
hurt you. It's wonderful. How can a moisturizing mask hurt you? How can steam hurt you? This
things that are not hurtful though they are beneficial but obviously it's money, it's
time, so it's not possible, but as a general rule, if you have oily skin and you are in
your thirties and forties do it twice a month until you bring it under control. If you have
normal skin, and you wonder you can do it once a month as maintenance and what kind
of facials, I think microdermabrasion would be very good ultrasonic facials oxygen facials.
That really depends on every individual human being and every place that you go. Who would
be the places that you should go? For facials? Okay, guys, I am very biased. And I would
tell you to go and look for somebody who is preferably European or eastern European. Is
trained in Europe and uses their hands for the most time of the treatment. Less machines,
more hands. Why I say this, I tell you why! Facials are not an American thing! Makeup
is an American thing! Estee Lauder when she came from Hungary to America she introduced
makeup, lipstick, started with lipstick and makeup to American woman, and so makeup is
tremendously big, and the world loved makeup so forth from America so also came from a
Hungarian woman! However, facials when it comes to facials that is a very European and
eastern European profession and it's very common. I guys I want you to understand, I
come from Czechoslovakia, and I was born into Czechoslovakia when it was a communistic country.
Even under the communistic era, facials were very common, they were very cheap, they were
inexpensive, they were very common. I was in charge I experience my mother, my grandmother,
everybody use to go for facials at least once a month because it was very very inexpensive
even in hard times under the Communist and it's a profession that is very European and
very eastern European and this is why I say if you want to get a proper facial from somebody
look for somebody that is European, eastern European, European trained and it does not
have to be necessary a big star, a big name because this is the problem with big stars,
big names. In America they are corporations. They are not institutes. They are not cosmetic
institutes like in Paris, or in London, or in Prague, or in Brussels. They are corporations
and these corporations put massive dollar amount into ten million machines to impress
you and then put in ten millions of dollars into marketing the response and the people
that they get to work in their spots don't have ten percent in their little finger if
they don't have ten percent of their knowledge what any European or eastern European person
has because they are trained in America or in South America and their training is very
different and so you are trained to work with a lot of machines and the treatment is really
not hands on, and so I still think that to get a very good facial you don't need a lot
of equipment. You need some but you don't need a lot of equipment. And it has to be
in the hands of a statistician of a professional who does your facial, it's the same thing.
You can go and they can put you into machines right, and you have this massage machines
and machines that feel like hands, but guys. Can you tell me that getting a massage from
a human being that touches you with your hands. Human contact with their hands is the same
thing as if you go into a machine in the instrument that massages you or takes care of you. No!
It's not the same thing! So this is why I say I equated and I said if you want a proper
facial, and you don't know where to go, and you want to start on regiment, yes, I'm biased
but only because I have the knowledge because I'm in my business over thirty-six years.
And I know what is available in the United States maybe in thirty years, but it still
is it still is lacking. It still is behind Europe in so many ways! So I would look for
somebody who is European or Eastern European trained and it doesn't have to be very fancy!
It has to be clean. It has to be professional. It does not have to be very fancy! So that's
my suggestion eh to look for somebody who knows what they do and the at least ten years
in their field. Because when you go to somebody who is very young, you know, the old saying.
That you know training hand on makes perfect so when you do this for twenty years, fifteen
years, thirty years, forty years, that makes you perfect. Until next time, guys, I spoke
enough. I hope I answered the question and answered it in depth. Until next time, ciao,
adios, thank you, bye bye guys!
