An average of 150 meals are served every day.
The food made here in all is exactly the same as the meals made in the Ottoman Palace.
Elbasan Tava for example is an Albanian dish. Hünkar Beğendi is served every day.
Lamb Tandır, Lamb with eggplants, Keşkek Kebab... These are served every day.
