Hi, I'm David Clemen on behalf of Expert Village. Today we are going to draw the face. Now that
we have the eyes and nose in place we have a good guideline to set the ears onto the
head. Like I showed you before, the edge of the eye will line up with the top of the ear
and the bottom of my ears lines with the nose. So, basically all I have to do is come out
here to this side and her hair comes in here so Ill just kind of indicate that. Ill bring
the ear out, it kind of curves out then it slightly comes back in. These ears look a little big at first, but
when you actually reach around there and feel it, they are a lot of times they are bigger
then we give them credit for. A lot of times you'll see a head and they have these little
ears and it doesn't look right. That's because these tools line up just right on most people
that I've seen. So then I'm going to come over here and do the same. Just kind of indicate
the edge of the ear and bring it down. I went a little high there but the hair is going
to cover that up in the future. Then I can come in here and pull the earlobe out and
do this. Get that little part that covers the canal, the ear canal. Come over here and
give it some depth. Indicate there. That is where you place the ear. If she had an earring
I can just put an earring there.
