Hi, this is Pat Henderson of Pat Henderson's Life and Motorcycle Travels Blog.
I recently posted an article about my new leather jacket,
and since a picture's worth 1000 words
I thought you'd like to see for yourself the great features in this jacket.
this jacket
is manufactured by First Classic Leather Gear
and I acquired it from Motorcycle House.
What first attracted me to this women's jacket
was the simplicity style. What had me select it were it's features.
As in most jackets
there are four zippered vents, Two in the front and two in the back.
The two front vents however are not on the breast,
but in the sleeve to cool you under the arm,
where you need it most.
There are four pockets,
two zippered outside pockets to keep from losing things
on the road,
and two inner pockets,
one zippered,
and one snapped.
The snapped is especially deep.
The sleeves on this jacket are nice and long. Something I found difficult to find in other styles.
They won't ride up your arm as you're reaching for the grips!
And the shoulders are pleated to give freedom of movement.
In the back,
at the waist
it's cut
into a v-shape
to keep the wind off your back.
At the side,
there are four buckle taps at the waist to allow for cinching
or releasing according to your preferences.
It has an inside removable liner
with two especially great features.
Notice the fabric cut on the bias
this allows stretch
and prevents binding at the shoulders.
The sleeves of this liner end in a cuffed wrist.
Now isn't that a pleasant surprise!
When the liner is no longer needed, this fabric liner
wicks away moisture and helps circulate
air between you and the leather.
If you found other Women's Jackets lacking, check out all the great styles
available at Motorcycle House. I'm sure you'll find one that's just right for you!
