You have been invited to a special invitation and now you can't go. How to decline it? Well,
I'm Hazely Lopez from Hazely Academy of Refinement and Modeling and I'm here to talk to you about
how to decline a written invitation. You first want to use your RSVP. If it's something really
elaborate, in which they have given you an actual card for an RSVP, you may want to send
that card back with an actual card separately in which you will actually let them know of
a letter note, like for example, "I will regret that I can't make it to your event, but thank
you so much for the invitation. It's just that I will be out of town". Saying a short
explanation will definitely shows a little bit of more care because it's definitely also
a way that a, the guests will actually know why is it that you're not attending. Is it
that you don't want to go or it's just more that you cannot really go 'cause you're leaving
out of town. Also, if it's something like a bridal shower or a baby shower or a birthday
or something informal or casual, you may want to just go ahead and call the RSVP number,
the contact person that it's given to you in the card and just let them know that you
won't be able to assist to the birthday party, to the bridal shower or to any other event.
These are just some tips that's going to help you make it easier how to decline an invitation.
I'm Hazely Lopez from Hazely Academy of Refinement and Modeling and you have a great day.
